a few days ago I received my new edi mae creative studio stamp in the mail and I am super excited about it.  it turned out just the way I had hoped. now time to roll out some production packaging. 

this past weekend I had the pleasure of celebrating Canadian thanksgiving with my family - even all the sisters were home!  there were many shared warm pots of tea, tasty baked treats and laughter in our home.  we've never carried through too many traditions for this autumn holiday, but this year we decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and go for a hike near the creek in our small town :)

after recently graduating from OCAD University, some maker friends and I have collaborated to unite a group of innovative artists + designers that share a common goal.  while jewellery + metalsmithing may have been our common medium in school, many of us enjoy working within a wide range of materials: from fibre and ceramics, to leather and plastic, to recycled objects and paper.  check out our new facebook page or take a peek at some of our work by visiting our new website!
